General Manager - Construction

Requires:

  • Min of 15 years in a commercial construction environment
  • Significant owner relations experience
  • Proven prior experience in the Southwestern region
  • Positive owner relations
  • Proficient with:
    • JD Edwards
    • P3 (Primavera)
    • MS Office
  • Limited travel required (15-25%)

Duties:

  • Senior level estimating and project management
  • Managing project costs
  • Allocating materials and personnel
  • nvoicing and scheduling
  • Business Development
