Some of the positions in our growing company include:
Cable Technician
- Install Cable T.V. and high speed data and/ or digital services, VOIP, for customers within a determined area.
- Install and/or repair coaxial cable lines inside and outside of customer’s homes
- Measure, record and determine cable signal strength and general drop and grounding conditions or installations.
- Trouble shoot problems.
- Maintain, secure and account for equipment inventories.
Customer Service Representative
- Communicate with field personnel.
- Monitor technicians’ schedule to ensure On Time Guarantee.
- Account process to change/close existing work and/or schedule work.
- Customer contact via phone and email.
- Work order and record maintenance including filing, archiving, logging, etc.
Supervisor
- Lead and coach a great team
- Provide training & development opportunities
- Track & evaluate performance
- Develop & introduce process improvements
- Identify new business opportunities
- Provide a safe & healthy work environment
