Some of the positions in our growing company include:

Cable Technician

  1. Install Cable T.V. and high speed data and/ or digital services, VOIP, for customers within a determined area.
  2. Install and/or repair coaxial cable lines inside and outside of customer’s homes
  3. Measure, record and determine cable signal strength and general drop and grounding conditions or installations.
  4. Trouble shoot problems.
  5. Maintain, secure and account for equipment inventories.

Customer Service Representative

  1. Communicate with field personnel.
  2. Monitor technicians’ schedule to ensure On Time Guarantee.
  3. Account process to change/close existing work and/or schedule work. 
  4. Customer contact via phone and email.
  5. Work order and record maintenance including filing, archiving, logging, etc.

Supervisor

  1. Lead and coach a great team
  2. Provide training & development opportunities
  3. Track & evaluate performance
  4. Develop & introduce process improvements
  5. Identify new business opportunities
  6. Provide a safe & healthy work environment
