Project Manager- Construction

Requires:

  • Min 8 years experience of: Project Management experience in commercial construction markets with prior working experience in the Southwest required.
  • Ground-up and larger projects experience strongly preferred.
  • Travel required.

Duties:

  • Manage large projects on-site/oversee several small projects across the southwestern region of the US.
  • Manages all phases of the project, from preconstruction through close out, and the sustainable growth of the company through our vision, mission, and values.
  • Run each project as its own business.
  • Ensure project closeout in accordance with the Project Incentive Compensation Plan.
  • Own the process of any deliverable to our customers.
  • Plan and project staffing needs during both preconstruction and construction.
