Requires:

Min 8 years experience of: Project Management experience in commercial construction markets with prior working experience in the Southwest required.
Ground-up and larger projects experience strongly preferred.
Travel required.

Duties:

Manage large projects on-site/oversee several small projects across the southwestern region of the US.
Manages all phases of the project, from preconstruction through close out, and the sustainable growth of the company through our vision, mission, and values.
Run each project as its own business.
Ensure project closeout in accordance with the Project Incentive Compensation Plan.
Own the process of any deliverable to our customers.
Plan and project staffing needs during both preconstruction and construction.
