Project Manager- Construction
Requires:
- Min 8 years experience of: Project Management experience in commercial construction markets with prior working experience in the Southwest required.
- Ground-up and larger projects experience strongly preferred.
- Travel required.
Duties:
- Manage large projects on-site/oversee several small projects across the southwestern region of the US.
- Manages all phases of the project, from preconstruction through close out, and the sustainable growth of the company through our vision, mission, and values.
- Run each project as its own business.
- Ensure project closeout in accordance with the Project Incentive Compensation Plan.
- Own the process of any deliverable to our customers.
- Plan and project staffing needs during both preconstruction and construction.
